1986: After performing a live set for Channel 4's 'The Tube', the evening's concert at Newcastle City Hall was cancelled after a fire backstage. The late cancellation meant the venue was nearly full, so Sting & band entertained the fans with a few acapella and acoustic numbers. The main concert was rescheduled. ▶
